Booking terms

These are the simple terms for booking a session with AMEDIDA AI (a UK sole trader business). By booking, you agree to them.

Payment

AI Introductions and Strategy Sessions are paid in full by card, through a secure Stripe payment link, before your session is confirmed. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Done-for-you projects are quoted separately in writing before any work starts.

Rescheduling and cancelling

• More than 24 hours before your session: reschedule or cancel free of charge, with a full refund.
• Within 24 hours: you can move the session once, but it can't be refunded.
• If you don't turn up and don't let me know, the session is treated as used.
• If I need to cancel, you'll get a full refund or a new time of your choice.

Your right to cancel

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a service bought online. If you book a session within those 14 days, you're asking me to provide it sooner, and you lose the right to cancel once the session has taken place.

What to expect

Sessions are education and advice. I'll give you my honest, best guidance, but you're responsible for the decisions you make and for checking AI outputs before relying on them. AI tools change quickly, and features and prices set by other companies are outside my control.
