Privacy notice
Last updated: November 2026
This notice explains what personal information AMEDIDA AI (a UK sole trader business) collects, why, and what your rights are under UK GDPR.
What I collect
- When you book: your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell me when you get in touch (for example, your business and what you'd like help with).
- When you pay: payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your full card details.
- During sessions: notes I make to prepare your follow-up summary or action plan.
- When you email me: your email address and the contents of your message.
Why I use it
To arrange and deliver the services you've booked, take payment, send your follow-up, keep the financial records the law requires, and reply to your questions. The legal basis is performing our contract, and my legal obligations (for accounting records).
Who I share it with
Only the services needed to run bookings and payments: Stripe (payments), my email and calendar provider, the video call service we use, and Netlify (website hosting). I don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long I keep it
Session notes for up to 2 years in case you come back for further help. Payment and invoice records for 6 years, as HMRC requires.
Cookies
This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe's secure payment pages may use essential cookies to work.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how it's used. Email hello@amedidaai.org. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
